Antonio Brown can add “child support dodger” to his already impressive list of accomplishments, as a judge orders his arrest for unpaid child support. Can he score a touchdown and pay his $30k debt, or will he fumble yet again? More inside…
Antonio Brown’s legal troubles seem to be never-ending, as TMZ Sports reports that a judge has ordered the cops to arrest the former NFL star over unpaid child support. Court documents reveal that the order was issued by a judge in Miami-Dade County, Florida, on April 14th after AB allegedly failed to make the required payments to his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, Wiltrice Jackson.
The Broward County Sheriff’s Office confirmed they received the order, and the former Steelers wide receiver can be released from jail by paying the $30,000 owed in child support, according to the ruling.
The former Pittsburgh Steelers star dated Wiltrice during his formative years as a football player, and the two eventually gave birth to a daughter they named Antanyiah Brown. Their daughter celebrated her 15th birthday last month.
AB’s relationship with Wiltrice has been far from smooth sailing, with his ex-girlfriend accusing him of domestic violence in 2019. Despite the allegation, AB was never charged over the claim.
This is not the first time Antonio has had a brush with the law. Police have been instructed to place him in custody on multiple occasions over the last few years, including in late 2022, when an arrest warrant was issued after he was allegedly involved in a domestic battery incident with the mother of his children in Tampa. However, the warrant was ultimately withdrawn when the alleged victim recanted her story.
The former Pittsburgh Steelers star’s life has been plagued with legal troubles, and this latest incident only adds to his already impressive list of legal woes. It remains to be seen if AB can pay his debts and avoid the long arm of the law once again.

AB made headlines last month when he was announced as a part owner of the Albany Empire of the National Arena League. In an interview with the local Times Union, AB claimed ownership of the team. However, not everyone is convinced.
In a recent incident at a game, AB was seen greeting fans when a security guard approached him and ordered him to leave the field immediately. Despite AB’s claims of ownership, it seems that he may not have been recognized as such by everyone in attendance.
The situation quickly escalated into a back-and-forth between Brown and the security guard. Brown stood his ground, insisting that he owned the team, and even challenged the guard to make him leave the field.
“Make me then. You get off,” he quipped, as tensions flared. It remains to be seen how this showdown will affect Antonio’s ownership of the team and his standing in the league. Watch the clip above.
AB shared the clip of the exchange on his Twitter account with the caption, “Still I maintained a level of professionalism positivity while dealing with this security today ! First Game AS AN Owner”
Always something with this man.
