Florida Supreme Court allows six-week abortion ban to take effect

Florida’s Supreme Court has now paved the way for the state’s six-week abortion ban to take effect but separately ruled that voters will have their say on broader abortion rights in November. NBC’s Laura Jarrett reports for TODAY.
