According to the listing on the new NYC Housing Connect, applicants earning 125 percent of Area Median Income can apply for residency at the five-studio apartment building at 251 West 117th St, costing $2,311 a month.

Single New Yorkers must earn between $79,235 and $128,570 a year to qualify while couples who want to split a studio must earn a combined $146,900 a year, Patch.com reports.
