4 Teens Escaped From Nashville Jail After Murder Accusations

Decorrius Wright (16) and Morris Marsh (17) are accused of murder and recently escaped from Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center. Two other inmates, 17-year-old Brandon Caruthers and 15-year-old Calvin Howse, left with them.

What We Know:

  • The group’s supervisors left them alone on their work deal to address a fight in another area of the detention center. It was at this time that he teens got in an elevator, rode it to the bottom floor, and passed through several doors to escape, according to ABC.
  • Wright is accused of murdering 24-year-old Kyle Yorlets. Marsh is suspected of killing 19-year-old Charles Easley. Caruthers was in an armed robbery case in south Nashville and Howse has charges of auto theft and gun possession.

  • In response to a potential sighting, Metro Nashville Police Department advised that “after further review of the Clarksville market video from multiple angles by an MNPD Juv Crime Task Force officer in Clarksville, it has just been determined that the persons in the video are not the escaped teens, the investigation is continuing in Davidson County.”

Police are warning the public to stay away from them and to notify authorities if seen.
