Three women have accused actor Cuba Gooding Jr. of sexual misconduct in bars and restaurants in Manhattan.
What We Know:
- In addition to those three, other women have accused him of inappropriate kissing, according to NBC.
- There are now five total accusations directed at Gooding. This started when Gooding was charged with forcible touching when he grabbed a woman’s chest at a Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge in Midtown. He was indicted in a similar alleged crime in October 2018. The accusor tried to take money from him after the accusation.
- Two more women have gone on to say that Gooding grabbed their rear at a restaurant. The third woman’s accusations are still unclear. Gooding has denied all of these accusations.
- The NYPD has gone on to say that “The NYPD takes sexual assault and rape cases extremely seriously, and urges anyone who has been a victim to file a police report so we can perform a comprehensive investigation, and offer support and services to survivors.”
Gooding hasn’t been charged yet but investigations are still continuing.
