Love & Hip-Hop stars Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena hosted their gender reveal over the weekend. The newlywed couple is having a baby girl.

- The couple hosted their gender reveal Saturday, October 12. Urban Islandz reports that at the party, there were many different props, displaying both genders. One, in particular, included two phone booths; one was pink and the other one, blue.
- The couple found out they were having a girl in the most exciting way: hot pink fireworks. In this video, you can see Samuels’ wife getting emotional, while he kept exclaiming, “Oh my God!”
- Before the festivities took place, the rapper posted his attire for the event on his Instagram story. He captioned it, “Big Day Today!” while wearing a nicely fitted black suit and black dress shoes. He also wore some jewelry, including his custom-made wedding ring.
- It seems as if October is a lucky month for the Samuels. Two weeks ago, the couple announced they were expecting and the following week, they made it official and tied the knot. Now they know the sex of their future child, which is due in Spring 2020.
