This video shows a Greater Rochester International Airport security worker handing a passenger a note that said: “You ugly!!!”

- When Neal Strassner received the note, he was stoic until the worker yelled out “You gonna open the note” After the worker started to laugh he complained to her supervisors, according to The Hour.
- This incident, which happened in June, was shown to the public after Strassner obtained the security video through a public records request. He later posted it to YouTube.
The woman was a contractor according to the Transportation Security Administration. The agency says it has “zero tolerance for this type of behavior.”
