“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Apollo Nida is back behind bars.
What We Know:
- Just a couple of days after his June 5 prison release, Nida was picked up by US Marshals Service Thursday.
- A US Marshals Service representative stated “…I wouldn’t say it was an arrest because it’s not a new charge. It was an order of the court to bring him into custody,” noting that he was in trouble for breaking a technical condition of his release.
- He is being taken back to the Federal Bureau of Prisons to further deal with the issue, with a hearing scheduled for October 15, 2019.
- Nida was sentenced to eight years in prison in 2014 on conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud charges and was ordered to pay $1.9 million in restitution.
