- Kardashian West shared the photo exactly one month after the couple welcomed their fourth child via surrogate. Psalm joins his 3-year-old brother Saint, 5-year-old sister North, and 1-year-old sister Chicago.
- The reality tv star, now 38, has been open about her pregnancy struggles, having suffered pre-eclampsia and placenta accreta during her pregnancy with North and Saint.

- She captioned the photo “Pslam Ye” which had some fans speculate if “Ye” was his middle name or just her way of paying tribute to her hubby’s nickname.
- His name was revealed a few days after mother’s day. Grandma Kris Jenner shared with Entertainment Tonight the inspiration behind Her grandchild’s name. “The inspiration was the Book of Psalms in the Bible. I think it’s just a wonderful way to celebrate how they feel. And he’s such a blessing, so it’s perfect. … He’s just adorable!”
People reported earlier this year that it’s not likely that the couple will have any more kids. She admitted that she doesn’t think she could handle more than four kids. She continued to say “My time is spread really thin and I think it’s important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids.”
