Charm City Kings star Lakeyria Doughty is charged with her girlfriend’s murder.

- Lakeyria Doughty (26), best known for her role in the HBO Max film Charm City Kings, is being held without bond after the murder of Tiffany Wilson (33). Doughty appeared in court Monday and is facing charges of assault and first-degree murder.
- Lakeyria Doughty, also known as “Wheelie Queen”, has more than 53,000 followers on social media. She is known for her impressive dirt bike skills. Charm City Kings features her and Baltimore’s riding culture.
- The Baltimore Sun reported that Doughty called 911 to report the stabbing. Police arrived at a North Stricker Street home around 4:15 a.m. New Year’s Day. During the investigation, Doughty told police she found Wilson on the floor suffering from stab wounds with a knife in hand after returning home. According to People, Doughty told the 911 dispatcher the two “were having an argument when the victim produced a knife and stabbed herself”. Investigators found the wounds inconsistent with Doughty’s statement.
- A text message conversation between the two turned physical eventually leading Doughty to stab Wilson, reported CBS Baltimore. Donny Moses, Baltimore police spokesman said in a statement: “It was a domestic situation where cooler heads didn’t prevail.”
- When questioned, Doughty told investigators her “relationship was in good standing,” denying their argument. Police were given permission by Doughty to look at her texts. In the texts, Wilson was attempting to break up with Doughty and asked multiple times for her keys back.
Police commented that this is not the first domestic issue between the couple. Doughty is currently being held in Central Booking. A sentence has not been announced and it is unknown if she has an attorney or entered a plea deal.
