- States are currently accepting mail-in ballots up to three days after the election as long as they’re postmarked by Tuesday. Trump believes that these ballots should not be counted.
- According to Trump’s Twitter account: “Votes cannot be cast after the Polls are closed”. Trump has already claimed victory.

The election is still neck and neck, with no clear winner announced yet. Biden leads in the polls leading in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Nevada. Trump has since asked for a recount for Wisconsin.
