*Cardi B has sent subpoenas for Tasha K’s wire transfers and tax records as she continues to collect on the $4 million judgment as part of her defamation case.

According to Radar Online, the popular vlogger, born Latasha Kebe, has requested to pay $220,000 out of the $3.9 million she owes the rapper. Due to financial distress since the October 2021 ruling in the defamation case, Kebe is hoping to pay out the amount over 20 quarters.

Kebe filed for bankruptcy in May 2023 and Cardi B was ordered to halt attempts to collect the millions owed to her. Their pending legal matter is reportedly placed on hold until the Chapter 11 case is resolved, RadarOnline reported earlier this month.

Meanwhile, a new RadarOnline report details how the hip-hop star has informed the judge presiding over the YouTuber’s bankruptcy case that Kebe’s various financial institutions are being subpoenaed.

Cardi B’s legal team is collecting information “detailing Kebe’s deposits, withdrawals, transfers, canceled checks, wires, and account statements,” per RadarOnline, as well as “Kebe’s tax returns from 2019 through 2022,” the outlet writes.

Per RadarOnline, the filing pertains to “all documents and communications received by or sent to third parties other than the Debtor, including but not limited to the Internal Revenue Service, regarding the Debtor’s finances employment, income, expenses, businesses or business interests, including Kebe Studios, LLC, Monalisa Brown, LLC and Yelen Entertainment, LLC.”

We reported previously that Kebe lost a $4 million defamation lawsuit to Cardi B, and doesn’t have the funds to pay the judgment. Cardi sued the controversial media personality for defamation after she created videos accusing the hip-hop star of being a drug addict and former prostitute with an STD. The hip-hop star testified during the 2023 trial that she suffered extreme emotional distress and that her marriage to Migos rapper Offset was affected.

A Georgia jury ultimately found Kebe liable on four counts and awarded Cardi $4.05 million in damages.

According to RadarOnline, in the documents filed in Kebe’s Chapter 11, she noted that her income is from being a “content creator/influencer” and she “earns her income by appearing on YouTube, Instagram, and other social media.”

“Clearly [Tasha] does not have the ability to pay the [Cardi] judgment in full,” Tasha’s lawyer said previously during a court hearing, per RadarOnline.
