*Well, it’s a done deal. Rapper/actor Ludacris received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday (05-18-23).
Showing up to support the Atlanta artist at the Hollywood ceremony was his “Fast and Furious” co-stars Vin Diesel, Tyrese, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, and fellow rapper/actor/musician LL Cool J. We’d certainly be remiss if we didn’t mention that he was also joined by wife and daughters.
Here’s the deal. Chris “Ludacris” Bridges as we said is a twofer. A rapper and actor. On the recording/music side, Luda has sold more than 24 million albums worldwide, with mega singles like “Money Maker” and “My Chick Bad,” among many others.
Ludacris’ Hollywood Star, however, is in the category of Motion Pictures and it just so happens that he’ll be featured once again on screen as he reprises his role of “Tei” for the seventh time on May 20 in “Fast X” of the “Fast and Furious” film franchise. His debut in the film series was in 2003 in “2 Fast 2 Furious.” Filmwise, he’s also had featured roles in “New Year’s Eve,” “No Strings Attached,” The Academy Award-Winning Film “Crash,” and “Hustle & Flow.”
