50 Cent wrote alluded on Instagram in a now-deleted post that his ex-girlfriend’s decision to direct the film was an attempt to not leave him alone.

“This should say 263 not BMF, @southwest263,” he wrote, referencing Terry Flenory and suggesting that Welch is the leader of the organization 263, not BMF. “What the fvck is this man!…Vivica ugh, So [you’re] not gonna ever leave me alone hun? and what the fvck is judge Mathis doing in this mix[.] I’m done, Im done with all of you ni66as. LOL.”

Thankfully, if you missed seeing 50 Cent’s post, Fox screencapped it and posted it on her Instagram with the caption (as reported by Baller Alert), “TGIF Dawlings! Waking up to my ex @50Cent showing #1STLADYOFBMF support! Don’t worry dawling we got this! We gonna tell @firstladytonesa REAL story! Thanks!”

Mathis also responded in his Instagram reels according to Hot New Hip Hop, telling 50 Cent, “You my guy,” but to “[l]et Tonesa eat!”

“The first lady of BMF. You know I know Lala’s doing a hell ofa job–but y’all haven’t fed Toni. I’m from Detroit, and they’re from Detroit–that’s how I’m involved. These are Detroiters, man. We cut from the same cloth. I respect you man–I respect your work. Now, let us get some money.”

Mathis referencing Lala Anthony is because of Anthony’s turn as Markisha Taylor on 50 Cent-produced Starz series BMF, a character based on Welch, but has been called out by fans and Welch herself because Markisha’s storyline has her in a relationship with Flenory (played by Da’Vinchi), who is still in high school at the time of the story.
