Now that he’s older, the Prince is known as King Charming, who rules over his kingdom with his queen Cinderella. Their daughter Chloe is portrayed by Malia Baker. According to the description, King Charming “is as much in love with Cinderella as he ever was.”

The Descendants movies take place in a mythical world comprised of Auradon, where many of our favorite fairytale heroes and heroines live, and and the Isle of the Lost, home to many of our favorite villains. The new film adds a third locale, “the hostile, unincorporated territory of Wonderland,” the place Alice famously gets lost in.

In Descendants: The Rise of Red, the daughter of the Queen of Hearts and Chloe are forced to work together to save Auradon. Kylie Cantrall stars as Red, with Rita Ora starring as her mother, the Queen of Hearts. According to the description:

Descendants: The Rise of Red follows the story of Red, the rebellious daughter of the Queen of Hearts, and Chloe, Cinderella’s perfectionist daughter. When the tyrannical Queen of Hearts incites a coup against Auradon, polar opposites Red and Chloe must join forces and travel back in time to undo the traumatic event that set Red’s mother down her villainous path.

The rest of the cast includes Kylie Cantrall, China Anne McClain, Dara Reneé, Ruby Rose Turner, Morgan Dudley, Melanie Paxson, Jeremy Swift and Leonardo Nam.

Jennifer Phang directs and co-executive produces from a script by Dan Frey and Russell Sommer. Gary Marsh and Suzanne Todd also executive produce. Production designer Mark Hofeling also returns to the franchise. A release date for the film has not been released yet.
