Elijah Connor Talks WE tv’s Docuseries ‘Grown and Gospel’

*Elijah Connor, known from The Four: Battle for Stardom has become a global superstar. Since appearing on the popular Fox reality television music competition, Connor has metamorphosed into an incredible talent – selling millions of records.

The handsome and stylish Detroit native with a swag all his own has amassed plenty of followers and increasing daily on his social media.

Gearing up as the lead star in Grown & Gospel, a docuseries about a group of successful millennial friends who are the offspring of Gospel legends based in the city of Detroit, Connor continues his journey as a successful R&B artist on the series.

The ‘much-anticipated’ show premieres on WE tv Thursday, March 16 at 9pm ET with new episodes available on popular AMC streaming service ALLBLK every Monday.

Connor also hinted about dropping a new album. “I’ve been busy in the studio working on new music,” says Connor “I’ve been putting the finishing touches of the project and can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”

The new single Appetite from the acclaimed singer is set to release in March followed by his debut EP.

His monstrous hits, including Mill Ticket featuring Tee Grizzley, Say the Word, and Reputation solidifies Connor as a bona-fide million-plus selling game changer artist.

When asked about what authenticity means to him, Connor said, “I’ve always been a person to be true to myself and my values, regardless of the pressure that people try to put on me.” “Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen,” he added.
