*Antonio Brown and Dez Bryant are fueling theories that the NFL is “rigged”.
The conversation around the topic heated up on social media “in the wake of the questionable calls that led to the Kansas City Chiefs winning the AFC Championship and then the Super Bowl in 2023,” Total Pro Sports writes.
The Chiefs won the 2023 Super Bowl and superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes took home the MVP trophy. Back in 2020, one NFL fan compiled a video showing how Super Bowl LIV was also rigged in favor of Mahomes and the Chiefs.
Former Chiefs running back Larry Johnson also claimed NFL games are scripted. In 2021, he said the league rigged the Big Game for the Bucs for Tom Brady to win. Terrell Suggs has made similar claims about the NFL.

Brown and Bryant have weighed in on the controversy, with Brown seemingly suggesting that the year he won Super Bowl, the game was rigged in the favor of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. On Monday, Brown posted a video on Instagram of Kanye West claiming that the NFL rigged Super Bowl LV for Brady to get his seventh ring. Mahomes was supposedly in on that according to online theories, as he purposely threw the game away to ensure this would happen for Brady. If true, this would make three Super Bowls Mahomes has allegedly helped rig.
“I seen Mahomes throw that game,” West said of the 2021 Super Bowl. “I seen him thrown that game. And it’s so funny, it’s weird to me, cause I’m — you know, it’s like some bipolarity, right. Because I see Mahomes, and I can see it in his face. I seen a couple passes he threw, I knew the conversation. The conversation’s like…’you got a long career ahead of you, we need our boy (Tom Brady) to get seven rings. And I love Tom Brady too. So I’m torn, you know what I’m saying. You’re not always one thing.”
“I’m talking about when Tom Brady won that Super Bowl over Mahomes, right. So I seen him throw a pass and it look like Christian Laettner running up the court slow to me. Cause I seen it, I know, and I knew what the conversation was. The conversation was, ‘You got a long career ahead of you. We need this one. You’re not gonna be coming out and doing all this, you ain’t gonna be moonwalking today Mahomes.”
Bryant chimed in on the comments section of Brown’s video post, agreeing with Ye’s remarks.
“I gotta keep it G I’ll be lying if I didn’t say something similar…” Bryant wrote. “That was an obvious fixed game… truthfully some of the things we all love can be corrupt… ain’t no such thing is a fair game… You gotta find your cult because this world share so many dishonest perspectives…”
