Rapper Nelly started trending on social media after a video surfaced of him performing in Melbourne earlier this week.

As he launched into his hit song “Over and Over” at Juice Fest on Sunday, the “Country Grammar” artist appeared to be under the influence of something, with his eyes rolling into the back of his head as he smiled hazily and barely rapped along with the backing track.
