House passes foreign aid bills and bill that could ban TikTok

The House passed a series of spending bills that includes $60.8 billion of Ukraine aid and over $26 billion in aid to Israel. The House also voted to effectively ban the social media platform TikTok if it doesn’t divest from its Chinese parent company.
