Michigan becomes last U.S. state to decriminalize surrogacy contracts

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signed a set of laws that straighten out the complicated legal process around using a paid surrogate to have a child. NBC News’ Ali Vitali reports on how the new laws simplify the surrogacy process.
