*Fab Morvan of Milli Vanilli wants the court to terminate spousal support for his estranged wife, Kim Marlowe.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Morvan responded to Marlowe’s divorce petition and noted that he doesn’t agree with her on the length of the marriage. Fab is contesting the separation date.
In her filing, Marlowe cited the marriage date as December 3, 1998, and the separation date as January 2, 2024.
Morvan countered, stating the marriage lasted two years, from 1998 to February 2001, whereas she argued it spanned 26 years. The former couple do not have children.
Marlowe listed the reason for the separation as “irreconcilable differences.” She wants to former singer to pay her monthly spousal support.
In his response to her filing, Marlowe wants the court to terminate Morvan’s right to spousal support.
According to Radar, Marlowe informed the court that she was unsure about what constituted community property but expressed confidence that it would be revealed during the discovery process.
Per Radar, Fab’s filing states that he wants “all assets acquired by [him] prior to the marriage, after separation in 2/2001, or by gift, bequest, devise or descent, and all assets attributable to or traceable from said separate property, including, but not limited to, acquisitions and the rents, issue and profits from the foregoing.”
