*In October 2023, the KisSingers, a contemporary gospel band from Bad Kissingen, Germany, performed a rendition of “Stomp” by God’s Property featuring Kirk Franklin and Cheryl James

The choir’s “bland” rendition prompted many online users to mock the performance. The lead singer even attempts Franklin’s ablibs on the song, and the moment is quite hilarious. On Instagram, one user wrote, “What in the potato salad with raisins, is this?”

Another IG user commented, “Where’s the Garlic Powder? Old Bay? Oregano? They didn’t put they foot in it? No salt or pepper even. Might’ve boiled it instead of frying. Smh.” A third person noted, “She studied Kirk words and still couldn’t get it ….”

“The Bible says to MAKE. JOYFUL NOISE didn’t say that NOISE had to be harmonic ..I aint mad at them,” another person commented.
