Edward Garrison Draper posthumously admitted to Maryland bar, 166 years after state Supreme Court rejected him

Judge Z. Collins Lee, who evaluated Draper in 1857, praised the Dartmouth graduate’s intelligence and said he would be qualified “if he was a free white Citizen of this State.”
