*Blac Chyna is taking her baby daddy Tyga to court for paternity and child support for their 10-year-old son.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the former stripper filed a “petition to determine parental relationship” against the rapper in regard to their 10-year-old son, King Cairo.
Chyna is seeking “joint custody” of their child. As for child support, the court document states, “The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.”
Back in 2020, Chyna claimed she received no child support from Tyga or the father of her other child, Rob Kardashian.
“My biggest flex. I mean, just honestly taking care of my kids by myself as a single parent, but no child support,” she said on Sirius/XM’s Hip Hop Nation. “So that’s my biggest flex. … That’s what’s up.”
Tyga and Rob, who shares daughter Dream with the former OnlyFans model, clapped back at Chyna after she complained about being a single mother with no child support.
“Yesterday I had to give up 3 of my cars …my reasons… morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support I’m a MAMA,” Chyna tweeted on March 30, 2022.
In response to tweets, both Kardashian and Tyga revealed how much they financially contribute to the livelihoods of their children.
“I pay 37k a year for my daughter’s school. I handle every single medical expense. I pay for all her extracurricular activities. I have my daughter from Tuesday-Saturday. Why would i pay child support lol,” Kardashian commented underneath The Shade Room‘s post of a screenshot of Chyna’s tweets.
Tyga added, “I pay 40k a year for my son school & he lives w me mon- sat. Why would I pay child support lol.”
He then asked Kardashian, “@robkardashianofficial how u pay 3k less. Let me kno the plug.”
Meanwhile, Tyga is slamming Blac Chyna for attempting to establish paternity and collect child support for their son.
“10 years later…nah…stick to your schedule sat-mon,” he wrote in the comments section of a post shared by the Shade Room Friday.
