*Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan have denied rumors they’re engaged after Jordan appeared to speak about wedding venues.
“First topic is: Marcus is looking for a wedding venue,” Jordan said in a new episode of their podcast Separation Anxiety. “Obviously, we were at dinner the other night, and paparazzi got us leaving the restaurant and asked us if there were wedding plans in the works, and so, I think I responded in a cheeky way.”
Jordan admitted however that wedding bells are not in the immediate future just yet.
“I had a hundred calls and text messages of people congratulating us,” said Pippen. The couple is “not engaged”… yet. “But you did give me a promise ring,” she added.
“Yeah, I definitely gave you a promise ring,” he replied.
Jordan’s’ father, NBA icon Michael Jordan, previously told TMZ that he disapproves of his 32-year-old son dating the 49-year-old Pippen, the ex-wife of retired NBA player Scottie Pippen. Larsa and Scottie share four children. She was recently spotted wearing a ring on THAT finger, fueling engagement rumors with Marcus.
During a previous episode of Separation Anxiety, Larsa Pippen said MJ’s remarks “embarrassed” and “traumatized” her.
“You thought it was funny,” Pippen told Jordan. “I didn’t think it was funny. There is nothing funny about it.… I kinda felt like it went everywhere, and I was kind of embarrassed.”
