*Eminem criticized middle-class white people for supporting billionaire Donald Trump “who has never known struggle his entire [expletive] life,” the rapper said.
In a recently shared video on TikTok by the username @Rising_path on, Em said he often gets “flustered in my head” trying to make sense of it.
“Watching him play to his base that thinks that he cares about them — and it’s actually the people that he cares about the [expletive] least,” he continued.
“If you’re talking about his core being, you know, a majority white middle class, what I don’t understand is how in the [expletive] do you feel like you relate to a billionaire who has never known struggle his entire [expletive] life,” the Detroit-born artist added.
Trump, according to Eminem, is a clever manipulator.

“I will say this, he talks a good one,” Em stated.
“And if you’re in his base…let’s say you’re going to the rallies or whatever, you watch him on TV, you hear him talking this [expletive],” Eminem continued, “there’s part of me that understands, like, alright, he’s somehow still got them because he’s brainwashing them into thinking something great is going to happen. Nothing’s happening. Nothing is happening.”
Many Twitter users applauded Eminem for sharing his thoughts on Trump and his base. One user tweeted, “Wow. Eminem completely nails how incredibly full of shit Trump is and how he manipulates his hardcore cult members.”
Another person added, “One of the things that’s interesting to me about this is Eminem is one of the greatest narrative songwriters of our lifetimes and even he struggles to verbally encompass the bizarreness of Trump’s ability to brainwash fealty out of people he doesn’t care about even a little bit.”
A third Twitter user commented, “In a country with Kid Rock, be an Eminem.”
