Ring In The 4th Of July At One Of These Five Rooftop Bars In New York – Travel Noire

June is nearly over, which is hard to believe. This means one of the biggest holidays of the summer is nearly here. If you’re planning to be in New York for the 4th of July, there are many ways to ring in the occasion.

Each of New York City’s rooftop bars have their own vibe in terms of decor, music, and food and drink services. If anyone can throw an unforgettable rooftop event at any time of year, it’s New York.

Raise a toast to the 4th of July at one of these five rooftop bars in NYC.

230 Fifth – Midtown Manhattan

Round up your friends and imbibe at the largest indoor and outdoor rooftop bar in New York City. Enjoy food, music, fun, and live DJs.

Doors open at 2 p.m. and the party carries on until the wee hours of July 5. Make sure to get your tickets as early as possible before prices increase.

Mr. Purple – Lower East Side, Manhattan

Mr. Purple will host an Independence Day celebration of its own. This snazzy establishment is part of Hotel Indigo and is located on the 15th floor.

It offers just about anything you can expect from a bar. Tasty signature cocktails and, of course, great views. Contact the hotel for details.

Harbor Rooftop – Midtown West, Manhattan

Power 105.1 will host a 4th of July celebration, with music provided by DJ Self. With an RSVP, ladies can get in free before 4 p.m. and men can get in free before 3:30 p.m.

If you’re planning to come with a crew, consider one of the VIP packages. They include two, three, or four bottles, and the tax and tip are separate.

The Delancey – Lower Manhattan

Independence Day falls on a Tuesday this year, which may not work for some people. On July 1, Hot 97 hosts Rooftop Vibez.

If you’re a fan of trap and reggae music, you won’t want to miss this. Other genres, like soca, dancehall, and afrobeats will also be played.

Everyone can get in free with RSVP and please be mindful of attire.

Westlight at The William Vale – Brooklyn

The William Vale is easily one of the most epic hotels in Brooklyn. This 4th of July, head to Westlight, which spans the two top floors of the hotel. Music will be provided by several DJs who will keep you dancing while fireworks light up the sky.

If you want to secure seating, there are different tiers. The Bohemian Tables for two people, the Wanderlust Tables for four people, and the Maverick Tables, which are also for four people.

Please note that the guest count for each table can’t be updated once you’ve made the reservation.
