*Tia Mowry and her ex-husband Cory Hardrict have settled their divorce, and as we reported previously, there’s a “new romantic partners” clause that outlines when they can take a new partner around their three children.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the clause states: “Each party is restrained from introducing the minor children to a new romantic partner until the party has been in an exclusive relationship with the romantic partner for at least six months.”
It continues, “Each party is further restrained from permitting his or her new romantic partner from spending overnights with the minor children are with that custodial parent during the first six months of the exclusive relationship.”
The agreement also prohibits Tia and Cory from speaking negatively or in a “disrespectful or derogatory manner to or about the other party in the children’s presence or within hearing distance of the minor children.”
In court documents, Mowry’s attorney Laura Wasser noted that her client and Cory have “entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support,” reports RadarOnline. They will also share custody of their children.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Mowry will get full ownership of the family’s home in Studio City, which she paid for. The property is worth $4.3 million.
If you recall, it was back in October of last year that Mowry announced the shocking news that she wanted out of the marriage.
She announced the couple’s divorce on social media, writing on Instagram: “I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways. These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness.”
