*Lamar Odom is suing his former manager Tonita Bybe for allegedly forging documents to steal his Brooklyn family home.

Odom claims Bybee forged a deed in order to sell the house to a third party, Page Six reports. According to the lawsuit obtained by the outlet, Odom noted that the property has been in his family “for nearly three decades.” Odom’s aunt Carol Janean Mercer has been living in the home since his uncle Michael Mercer died in August 2022.

The aunt is facing eviction due to Bybee’s “fraudulent transfer,” per the lawsuit.

The former basketball player accuses Bybee of acting with “malice, wanton dishonesty and a high degree of immoral turpitude.”

According to Page Six, Odom is also suing the public notary who “attested” to his “presence and signature, despite the fact that [he] never appeared before [the public notary] either in person or remotely to execute the forged deed.”

The retired NBA star is accusing Bybee of “identity theft,” “conversion,” “embezzlement,” and various “iterations of fraud.”

Odom claims Bybee used his name, signature, and social security number unauthorized, as well as his employer identification number at one of his companies, Page Six reports.

The lawsuit also alleges Bybee owes him money from several TV appearances, an NFT deal bearing his name, and sponsored social media promotions. He is seeking more than $1 million in damages.

“We greatly look forward to vindicating Lamar’s right in this matter,” his attorney, Zachary G. Meyer, told Page Six.
