*Beyoncé and Jay-Z have purchased a new 30,000-square-foot Malibu home overlooking Paradise Cove. According to TMZ, they dropped all cash for the $200 million property.

We reported earlier that until Hov and Bey’s purchase, the California record was held by Marc Andreeson, who paid $177 million for his crib. Nationwide, the power couple comes in second behind billionaire Ken Griffin, who bought a New York City penthouse for $238 million in 2019.

As for Beyonce and Jay-Z’s new home, it was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, according to the outlet Consequence of Sound.

The previous owner was art collector William Bell, who spent 15 years remodeling and constructing the all-concrete abode. View below:

Meanwhile, we reported previously that Queen Bey took to Instagram last week to announce her forthcoming haircare line.

The post includes a carousel of images featuring a throwback photo of young Bey at a hair salon. There’s also a handwritten note explaining the inspiration behind her latest business venture.

“How many of y’all knew my first job was sweeping hair in my mama’s salon? Destiny’s Child got our start by performing for clients while they were getting their hair done,” Beyoncé wrote.

“I was exposed to so many different kinds of entrepreneurial women in her salon. I saw firsthand how the ways we nurture and celebrate hair can directly impact our souls,” she continued.

“I watched her heal and be of service to so many women. Having learned so much on my hair journey, I’ve always dreamed of carrying on her legacy,” Beyoncé added.

She concluded with, “I can’t wait for you to experience what I’ve been creating.”
