Last night, Hollywood’s brightest stars gathered on the red carpet for the world premiere of Disney’s highly anticipated live-action adaptation of The Little Mermaid. Among them was Halle Bailey, who is set to star as Ariel in the film.

The singer/actress made quite an entrance, looking every bit the part of a real-life mermaid in a stunning iridescent gown by Valdrin Sahiti and Jimmy Choo sandals. The gown, which appeared to be an optical illusion dress, perfectly complemented Halle’s radiant beauty and brought to life the enchanting magic of the underwater world.

PERFECTION!

On the carpet…

Halle talked about the cultural impact the live-adaptation will have on the younger generation and what it means to her. Watch above.

Inside…

Little Mermiad director Rob Marshall couldn’t help but gush over Halle, praising her incredible talent and shared how no one else even had a chance at playing Ariel. Watch the clip above.

Halle’s boyfriend, DDG, came out to support his girl.

After wrapping up her tour, Chloe Bailey made her way to The Little Mermaid world premiere to show love to her sister, Halle. She made a bold fashion statement in a gown made by South African designer Gert Johan Coetzee.

We love it.

Offset was on daddy duty with his daughters, Kalea Marie (8) and Kulture Kiari (4). The trio looked as excited as ever, with Offset’s daughters wearing matching outfits inspired by the beloved Disney princesses.

The girls, who looked every inch the princesses in black-and-white dresses adorned with flowers and tulle and red hair, were beaming with excitement as they walked the red carpet alongside their doting father, who was dressed in a princely, Michael Jackson-inspired white jacket and black slacks that matched his daughters’ outfits.

Although Cardi B did not attend the premiere, she shared a heartwarming video of Kulture getting prepped for the photo shoot, where she can be heard coaching her daughter on how to pose for the pictures.

“My gal,” Cardi captioned a video of Kulture.

“Nobody dude touching him when it comes to fashion,” Cardi captioned tweet of her husband on the blue carpet.

Kalea and Kulture chopped it up with a carpet interviewer, which you can check out below:

Back on the carpet…

Kelly Rowland looked absolutely radiant, donning a colorful floral dress by Prabal Gurung and pairing it with strappy sandals that completed her stunning ensemble.

Breathtaking.

Aww.

The Little Mermaid premiere was a family affair for Tia and Tamera Mowry, who brought along their adorable daughters to the star-studded event. Tia’s daughter Cairo, 5, and Tamera’s daughter Ariah, 7, looked picture-perfect in matching lilac tulle ensembles, while their proud moms (Tamera in Marchesa) posed with them on the blue carpet. A few days ago, Cairo celebrated her 5th birthday.

Marsai Martin turned heads, looking gorgeous in a brown Giambattista Valli gown with a high slit that showed off her killer legs.

Gorge.

Anika Noni Rose, who played Tiana in Disney’s The Princess and the Frog, was a total vision on the carpet.

Actress Skai Jackson, actress/comedienne Yvette Nicole Brown, and actress Sienna King (who stars in The Little Mermaid) were also in the mix:

Kyla Pratt brought her daughters to see The Little Mermaid:

Too cute. Folks had plenty to say about Kyla’s outfit:

We all know Kyla can slay a red carpet. She clearly was dressed for a movie day with her kiddies.

“RHOA” star Kenya Moore and her daughter Brooklyn had loads of fun:

“Love Is Blind” star couple Lauren Speed-Hamilton and Cameron Hamilton brought their fans along with them as they got ready for the event:

“Grown-ish” star Trevor Jackson snapped it up on the carpet:

HAMILTON star Daveed Diggs, who stars in The Little Mermaid, turned heads in a sequin number:

Fab times.
