*John Singleton’s extensive film and comic book collection will be divided among his seven children.

As The Jasmine Brand reports, citing RadarOnline, the collection includes Spider-Man comic books, several personal journals and director’s binders, a painting of Tupac worth $75k, various scripts and production art for his films, and the lowrider from Singleton’s film “Baby Boy,” worth an estimated $50k.

Singleton died after suffering a stroke in 2019. His mother, Sheila Ward, said at the time that he suffered from hypertension for years, and that is what likely triggered the stroke. He was 51.

Ward was put in charge of administering her son’s estate. Singleton’s children, Justice, Selenesol, Hadar, Massai, Cleopatra, Isis, and Seven reportedly share a 1/7 interest in the estate.

In a previous filing, Singleton’s mother submitted her final report as an administrator of her son’s estate. According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, via MSN, the report reveals that “after handling debts and selling off assets the estate value is listed as $6,858,541.41. The assets include a Los Angeles home, a 1999 Lexus, a 2003 Mercedes Benz, and a 2012 sailboat all worth a total of $2.3 million,” the outlet writes.

According to Radar, Ward said Singleton’s boxes of comics are worth an estimated $15k. His collection reportedly includes Wolverine artwork worth $15k and another of Peter Parker with Mary Jane valued at $10k.

Singleton has hundreds of pricey and rare comic books, including Swamp Thing and Black Panther, as well as Batman, Bat Girls, Dark Knight, Captain America, and X-Men.

According to The Jasmine Brand, as a part of her new filing, Ward is seeking $17k in compensation for her work on managing the estate. The judge has yet to sign off on the request.
