*Erica Mena took to social media recently to call out her ex Safaree for buying another woman’s kids’ Rolex watches.
Safaree attended the lavish birthday party that singer Amara La Negra hosted for her twin daughters recently. As Bossip reports, fellow reality TV star Bobby Lytes was reportedly on hand and he recorded the moment Safaree surprised Amara with the luxury gifts for the twins as they turned 1.
“I’m doing this because I’m new to Miami and you know ever since I’ve been here, Amara has been a great everything; friend, tour guide, helping me with my Spanish. She’s just been a great business partner,” Safaree announced.
When Safaree’s ex Erica, mother of two of his children, caught wind of him cosplaying as stepdaddy, she clapped back in the comments of the post.

“Aw so cute. It’s just very interesting how my kids have NEVER received gifts like this by this waste man. My daughter just turned 3. All she got was a birthday cake and a few balloons in his living room,” Erica reportedly wrote on Instagram.
“And please don’t get me started on how he didn’t do anything for my son’s first birthday until two weeks after the fact. And again, that was just balloons in his living room,” she continued.
In 2021, TMZ reported that Erica filed for divorce after Safaree was allegedly caught on camera dancing inappropriately with another woman. That same year, Safaree took to social media to announce he was done with married life and ready to call it quits with Erica. In the tweet at the time, he said, “I mean this from the bottom of my heart getting married was 1 of my BIGGEST mistakes, ” and added, “and it will never happen again. I’m walking away before I end up in jail over some dumb s**t. Nobody is worth my freedom.”
Mena replied at the time, “Since you always run to social media like a little girl I might as well join in. I absolutely agree with you on this You are the most selfish, vain and inconsiderate person. And not just with me but your only daughter.”
In a follow-up tweet, she wrote, “Out of RESPECT for my daughter and to honor my growth as a woman. I’m going to get back to doing what I do best. Make money and be only about my business. Entertaining social media with my issues isn’t my thing.” She concluded with, “Don’t let this Scorpio sting.”
