*Megan Thee Stallion has been embattled with her former record label 1501 Certified Entertainment since 2019 and now she claims the company is draining its bank accounts to avoid paying her.

The hip-hop star filed a motion on April 13 claiming label CEO Carl Crawford is taking the money that should be allocated to her, according to documents obtained by TMZ. Despite millions being deposited into 1501’s primary bank account, there are currently less than $10,000 in it, she claims.

Her newly filed motion is reportedly a form of protection against the outcome of her litigation against the label. Meg is seeking a court order to have a third party appointed to manage 1501’s finances.

Megan Thee Stallion’s initial lawsuit accused 1501 of blocking her from releasing music and refusing to renegotiate her contract. There has been no resolution to these legal disputes, according to Hip Hop DX.

As reported by The Blast, Megan previously spoke out about her contract with 1501 Certified Entertainment. After filing the initial lawsuit, the rapper claimed she signed a contract with the label that she couldn’t comprehend at age 20.

“When I signed, I didn’t really know what was in my contract,” she said during an Instagram live session. Adding, “I was young. I was like 20. I ain’t know everything that was in that contract. So when I got with Roc Nation, I got management — real management. I got real lawyers and they were like, ‘Did you know that this is in your contract?’”

She also previously noted on social media that Crawford “never know wtf is going on with business.”

Meg continued, “mfs pick with me then when I say something im the problem, F*CK ALL YALL.”

“This mf got my accomplishments in that bio and aint contributed to shit SINCE 2018, NOT A STUDIO TIME, NOT A MUSIC VIDEO, NOT A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT, shit not even a flight,” Megan wrote. “But you trying to eat off me AND PICK WITH ME ONLINE.”
