We now know who will be joining Idris Elba in Paramount+’s new live-action series, Knuckles.
Paramount+, Paramount Pictures, and SEGA of America just announced its entire cast for the Sonic The Hedgehog spinoff series, which is currently in production in London. It is a spinoff of the animated film series. Idris Elba first starred as Knuckles in the second film.

The new live-action series will follow Knuckles on a hilarious and action-packed journey of self-discovery as he agrees to train Wade as his protégé and teach him the ways of the Echidna warrior.
Adam Pally, Tika Sumpter, and more are joining Idris Elba who is set to star the titular character Knuckles.
Pally will reprise his role from the film franchise as Wade Whipple. The ensemble includes Edi Patterson (The Righteous Gemstones), Julian Barratt (Mindhorn), Scott Mescudi (Don’t Look Up), Ellie Taylor (Ted Lasso) and guest star Rory McCann (Game of Thrones). Sumpter will be reprising her role as Maddie in the series in a guest star role.
All of the key creative team from the previous films are returning for the series.
This includes the film’s director Jeff Fowler, as well as Neal H. Moritz, Toby Ascher, John Whittington, Idris Elba, and Toru Nakahara, who all serve as executive producers on the series.
Additional directors for the series include Ged Wright, Brandon Trost, Jorma Taccone and Carol Banker.
