*When Republicans in the Tennessee State Legislature ousted two Black representatives but protected a White woman from the same fate, it was a slap in the face to the 200,000 residents who voted the men into office.
And it disproved the notion that people can make a decision about who’s right or wrong without considering a person’s race.
