*Tom Hanks has been named as a potential witness in a bitter court battle between his son Chet and the rapper/actor’s ex-girlfriend.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Chet has asked a court to sanction his ex Kiana Parker for failing to sit for a deposition. We reported previously that Chet’s ex filed a million-dollar lawsuit against him for alleged assault and abuse.

KPRC-TV reports that the lawsuit was filed in Fort Bend County, Texas in 2021, accusing Chet (also known as Chet Haze) of battery and emotional distress. The suit claims Chet has a pattern of domestic abuse, and that he assaulted Parker on multiple occasions. In January 2021, she reportedly obtained a restraining order against him.

According to RadarOnline, in the court documents, Parker claims Chet called her a “ghetto black b—-” and that nobody would believe her assault allegations because he’s “Chet Hanks.”

EURweb.com previously reported that Hanks was left with a gushing head wound after a fight with his ex, during which Parker swung a pot at his head, according to video of the incident obtained by TMZ. He subsequently sued her for assault and battery, theft, and return of the money she allegedly stole from him, according to the site.

In response, Kiana filed her own million-dollar civil lawsuit accusing him of assault. In it, she details an alleged hotel room encounter that left her injured.

“Hanks became aggressive and hostile. As [Kiana] was lying in bed, Hanks started verbally abusing and threatening her. He shoved her, threatening her with imminent bodily injury, while stating “[I] would not disrespect [him], [he] was in control, [he] would not allow what happened with his mom and dad’s relationship to happen to our” and other things,” the suit reads, per Radar.

In her motion, Kiana’s lawyer said, “Mr. Hanks’ father provided a spiritual healer to treat Ms. Parker for the emotional distress she suffered while living in Los Angeles, CA with Mr. Hanks. She did not retain any of the records for this healer.”

Chet’s lawyer claims Parker has yet to identify the spiritual healer.

According to Radar, Chet also claims she refused to sit for a deposition and failed to turn over evidence. For this, he wants her to pay $11k in sanctions.

The judge has yet to rule on the matter.
