Has Affirmative Action Outlived its Usefulness? | WATCH

*Throughout history there have been efforts made to address inequities that persist in hiring practices, in college admissions to Ivy League universities, and in government contracts awarded to business owners underrepresented in their communities.

Then there are other people with the goal to undo that progress.

As society tries to move forward, there are some people who try to take us backward. Some of those people are politicians who don’t care about the diverse racial demographics of the people they represent. Rather they got into politics to boost their own agenda regardless of how it hurts the people they are supposed to help.
