Chloe Bailey recently appeared on Latto’s new Apple Music radio show, “777 Radio,” for the premiere episode where she addressed rumors about her love life and clarified her relationship status with Quavo. However, the interview has also sparked some criticism of Latto’s interviewing skills. More inside…
Chloe Bailey says she’s single and ready to mingle. But, is she ready to mingle with Quavo?!
The rising star has been making waves in the entertainment industry with her hit songs and acting gigs, recently addressed rumors about her love life on “777 Radio,” a new show on Apple Music hosted by rapper Latto.
The interview between Chloe and Latto was a fun and friendly chat between the two ladies, which actually took place in September. It’s clear that their bond has only grown stronger since then. In fact, both of them have been showing each other love on social media, which has been so sweet to see.
Recently, Chloe presented the Powerhouse Award to Latto at the 2023 Billboard Women In Music event, which was a huge honor.
Fans and followers have been eager to know who she may be romantically involved with, and rumors have been swirling around for a while now.
It seems the Internet has been trying to link the “Swarm” star to any man she’s in close proximity to, such as rappers Gunna and Future. She’s not dating either of them, but there are whispers that she’s dating Migos rapper Quavo.
When asked about her rumored romance with Quavo on Latto’s new Apple Music radio show “777 Radio,” Chloe set the record straight and clarified her relationship status.
When asked if she’s ready to mingle, Chloe confirmed that she is single and ready to mingle.”
So who is she trying to mingle with? The Internet believes it’s Quavo.
Apparently, Quavo and Chloe star in Peacock’s upcoming church musical “Praise This,” but the singer said nothing is happening between them off-screen despite what the Internet is speculating.
Latto tried to dig a little deeper and asked if there was anything going on between them outside of the movie. Chloe seemed surprised and replied, “I don’t know where that came from. Hello?” She went on to compliment Quavo’s locs and call him a “really nice guy.”
Following the release of the interview, there has been some criticism about Latto’s interviewing skills, with many people expressing their frustration at how she interrupted the “Have Mercy” singer during the discussion.
In response to the feedback, the “Big Energy” raptress took to Twitter and asked her fans for tips on how she can improve her interviewing technique, and they didn’t hesitate to give her tips.
Peep some responses below:
Let your guest finish their thought without interrupting & write things down if you don’t want to forget what you want to add to what they’re saying after otherwise great job my fellow #777radio

I think you need a niche, something that sets your show apart. I watched the Chloe interview and it was good. You were comfortable and welcoming.
The only downside that I can think of is, you didn’t do anything different than other interviewers. There weren’t really any…

Just be comfortable and let your guest guide your questions; stray away from gossip if your guest bring it up speak on it a little but don’t get to deep into that and just let your guest feel like they are with a friend not just an interviewer

Let your guest speak more without cutting them off every 30 seconds to say “yassss” or tell your own personal story. That’s my only real critique

While it’s important for interviewers to guide the conversation and keep it on track, it’s equally important to give their guests space to speak and share their thoughts without interruption. It appears Latto will take these comments to heart and work on improving her interviewing skills going forward.
