The Sun is reporting that the former talk show host plans a move to California sometime this week, and is said to be selling off all the furniture inside the apartment, as well as some of her most prized items, including the iconic purple chair she used on her daytime talk show.

“Wendy has been calling people, asking them to help sell all her stuff. She is asking for recommendations on places that can sell furniture for you,” said a source quoted by The Sun.

Fans caught a glimpse inside of Williams’ $ 3 million New York City penthouse when she filmed several episodes of her talk show from home during COVID-19 lockdown. Reports of her planned move to Los Angeles came after her podcast was allegedly canceled due to health concerns.

The former media mogul had been preparing for the podcast for weeks, according to The Sun, and was reportedly spotted filming for the project. Her manager, Will Selby, said it wasn’t going to be a “traditional podcast.” He dubbed it the “full Wendy Experience,” saying her daily activity would be the focus. Selby said the video aspect of the project was key, as it would’ve given viewers a chance to know Williams personally.

Williams, who had been in rehab off and on for alcoholsim, reportedly relapsed during a visit to a gay bar in New York, according to Page Six. Her publicist, Shawn Zanotti, didn’t comment on the alleged relapse, but said of Williams’ visit to the bar: “Wendy has spent most of her life in the public eye, and when she is out, she likes to acknowledge her fans. She is happy and wanted to celebrate as she has a new lease on life.”

He also explained that Williams loved spending time at the gay bar she was recently spotted in because she “loves her fans and fully supports the LGBTQ community, which is a big part of her fan base.”

Williams has some fans concerned over her recent weight loss. The ex daytime queen, who has Graves’ disease and lymphedema, was recently photographed and filmed outside of her apartment building asking the paps if she looks younger.
