*Xscape’s LaTocha Scott went on Instagram Live Friday and handed out several apologies.
Viewers of Bravo’s “SWV & Xscape: The Queens of R&B” already know the drama going down between LaTocha and her sister Tameka Scott, including an accusation in the first episode that LaTocha and her husband, Rocky Bivens, stole $30,000 in royalties from her, and that their mom, Gloria McFarlin, basically looked the other way.
In response, LaTocha filmed a YouTube video claiming Tamika never discussed the missing $30,000 until the cameras started rolling for the series. She also denied stealing the money and said Tamika has a habit of lying, providing as proof a clip of Tameka lying about Kandi sleeping with Jermaine Dupri’s father, Columbia Records president, Michael Maudlin.
Fans also know that Tocha and Kandi Burress never really got along, going way back to issues over who was singing lead and their respective pursuit of solo deals.

On Friday, Tocha went live to apologize to err’body, including innocent bystander, Tameka “Tiny” Harris.
“Whatever it is, Tamika, we can resolve it,” Tocha said through tears. “This is not nothing that we need to perpetuate and continue to move and make people feel a way. This is us. We sisters. We’ve never not been able to talk about anything, not ever. I want my family back.”
LaTocha continued: “I apologize to you, Tamika, if I didn’t hear you. If I didn’t hear your voice. I’m sorry. I’m trying my best to make it. I’m trying to weather storms in my own personal life. I’m not tryna negate how y’all’s feelings are; I have to still have peace within … but when y’all see me looking like this, I’m in my feelings and I’m in my feelings when it comes down to my family.”
The apologies continued, with Kandi, Tiny and her mom on the receiving end.
