*Boosie Badazz and Chief Keef are amused by the viral video showing Tekashi 6ix9ine being attacked by a group of “thugs”.
The rapper (real name Daniel Hernandez) was hospitalized this week after being assaulted at an LA Fitness gym in South Florida on Tuesday evening, CNN reports.
Sheriff’s deputies “learned that an altercation occurred inside the business between several individuals resulting in injuries to the victim, Daniel Hernandez,” the sheriff’s office said in a release.
The attackers reportedly remain at large while the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office investigates the incident.

An attorney for 6ix9ine, Lance Lazzaro, told CNN in a statement that the artist “was attacked in a Sauna at a gym by three or four thugs who beat him up (he tried fighting back).”
“He had cuts to his face and bruises. Employees heard the disturbance and the perpetrators fled,” Lazzaro said.
6ix9ine was reportedly treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital.
Meanwhile, Boosie is calling for the start of a GoFundMe account for 6ix9ine’s still unidentified attackers, TMZ reports. Many social media users believe the attack was a PR stunt orchestrated by Tekashai for attention (similar to the Jussie Smollett hate crime controversy).
“Lmao SNITCHES GET STITCHES,” Boosie captioned a post of 6ix9ine’s attack video.
Chief Keef also reacted to the video on Twitter with a pair of laughing emojis. The post received over 1 million views.
Tekashi 6ix9ine pleaded guilty to gang-related charges in 2019. A reduced sentence of two years was imposed on him as a result of his cooperation with federal investigators and snitching on his gang associates.
