*Celebrity stylist Law Roach claims he is quitting the industry for reasons that are not immediately clear.
Roach has worked with stars including Zendaya, Kerry Washington, Megan Thee Stallion, Celine Dion, and Issa Rae. He took to social media on Tuesday (March 14) to announce he is leaving the industry because of drama that he did not unpack.
“My Cup is empty… thank you to everyone who’ve supported me and my career over the years. Every person that trusted me with their image, I’m so grateful for you all,” he wrote in an Instagram post that included a graphic that read: “RETIRED.”.
“If this business was just about the clothes I would do it for the rest of my life but unfortunately it’s not!” he added.

Roach concluded with, “The politics , the lies and false narratives finally got me! You win … I’m out.”
As expected, his celebrity pals replied with messages of support, including Naomi Campbell who wrote “Law I won’t let you!!!! We don’t quit … strived to hard.”
NeNe Leakes added, “Mental health is first.”
British Vogue editor Edward Enninful wrote, “You will always have a home at British Vogue.”
Fashion designer Christian Siriano replied, “Absolutely not.”
Niecy Nash commented, “We all come or go on our OWN terms. If you’re done because you want your next role, blessings to you…. If you’re having a “moment”, keep your main character energy! Either way: you got this!”
Deborah Cox said, “Don’t give them the satisfaction. Please stay!! We love what you do.”
Supermodel Iman wrote, “Too talented to retire.., You’re a designer at heart.”
Holly Robinson Peete noted, “You are appreciated and celebrated! Ignore the noise!”
Many fans speculated that Roach was quitting the industry due to an alleged fallout with actress Zendaya. It all started after a video of them went viral. In the footage, Zendaya takes the last seat in the front row of the Louis Vuitton show at Paris Fashion Week earlier this month. Roach is accompanying her and she gestures for him to take the seat behind her. And with that, social media users decided that the actress shaded the fashion icon.
Roach is now responding to rumors that the two had a falling out because of this.
“So y’all really think I’m breaking up with Z….. we are forever!” he tweeted, PEOPLE reports. “She’s my little sister and it’s real love not the fake industry love.”
