*GloRilla and Finesse2Tymes’ could face legal action after three women died at their New York show last week at the Main Street Armory.

According to TMZ, the sister of victim Brandy Miller says she intends to sue both artists, the concert’s promoters, and the venue where the incident happened.

Miller claims her family plan to hire “high-profile” legal assistance with “no plans to back down.”

“My sister is a Black, strong, African American hero today in her death she still stands a hero,” Miller said in a video posted online on March 8.

As EUR reported previously, several people were critically injured after a large crowd surged following the concert. The crowd panicked when they thought they heard gunshots at the Main Street Armory. But Police Chief David M. Smith said there is no “evidence of gunshots being fired or of anyone being shot or stabbed at the scene.”

Several concert-goers were dropped off by private vehicles at area hospitals with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, according to a police report.

Aisha Stephens, 35, Rhondesia Belton, 33, and Brandy Miller, 35, have been identified as three fatalities, TMZ reports. The victims reportedly died from severe crush injuries.

To prevent a similar situation from occurring, local police have revoked the Armory’s license, according to TMZ.

“I am devastated & heartbroken over the tragic deaths that happened after Sunday’s show,” GloRilla tweeted a day after the concert “My fans mean the world to me praying for their families & for a speedy recovery of everyone affected.”

Finesse stated, “As far as the situation in New York, condolences to the family and the people who was injured. That’s what I wanted to say. I think it was a situation where someone fell, and people started running, things got out of control and innocent people got hurt. But it wasn’t nothing violent going on. It’s just the internet.”
