*“GMA3” anchors T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach have entered into mediation with ABC amid their suspension over their illicit romantic affair.
“There could be a couple of days of back and forth,” one source told Page Six. The mediation process is expected to go on for days. According to Page Six, someone directly involved with the situation is apparently spilling the tea to the media, and the network is trying to crack down on this. ABC has reportedly launched an internal investigation into who might be behind the leaks.
“No one is sharing any information [about the investigation] because they’re afraid of people leaking,” a source confirmed.
“Only [direct people involved] would know those kinds of details,” a separate insider told Page Six.

Here’s more from TMZ:
Our sources say ABC has made it clear to reps for the anchors — they do not want the 2 of them back together on the same set. We’re told ABC has not played its hand on whether they want one or both of them gone entirely. Our sources say once the network made it clear it doesn’t want Amy and T.J. working together, their lawyers called for a mediation, and ABC agreed.
Per the report, “ABC views T.J. as more problematic than Amy.”
Holmes has more internal issues at the center of the probe than Robach, which primarily relate to the numerous affairs he’s allegedly had with colleagues over the years.
Accordign to Entertainment Tonight, ABC learned of a third woman who was more than a decade younger than Holmes when they had an office romance. The woman was a subordinate like two others that Holmes allegedly slept with.
“This third staffer was no secret to most ABC employees, especially those at GMA who worked closely with her during that time,” an insider told ET. “The question now is, will this latest revelation speed up the investigation and force ABC to decide T.J. and Amy’s fates sooner rather than later?”
Robach and Holmes have been temporarily benched from anchoring their GMA3 show following reports about their scandalous affair. Insiders claim Holmes is a serial cheater who has made his way through multiple female colleagues at ABC while married to his estranged wife, attorney Marilee Fiebig.
According to TMZ, Holmes and Robach (who is married to actor Andrew Shue) are planning a lawsuit against ABC — and they could use the race card.
Amy has hired attorney Andrew Brettler and T.J. has reportedly lawyered up with Eric George. According to TMZ, the high-powered attorneys “have been working closely together,” the outlet writes.
