The Hollywood stars aligned at the Regency Theatre at Westwood Village in Los Angeles for the premiere of Kenya Barris’ new film, You People.

The interracial rom-com, loosely based on Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner, is loaded with social themes that will explore racial stereotypes in America with a comedic twist. “black-ish” creator Kenya Barris and Jonah Hill, who stars in the film, teamed up to write the script for Barris’ feature directorial debut.

The film follows a heavily tattooed white Jewish man, Ezra (played by Jonah Hill), who falls in love with Amira (played by Lauren London), a Black woman whose father (played by Eddie Murphy) identifies as Muslim, and the friction between their families.

Lauren London pulled up at the premiere to apply all the pressure! The You People star showed off her snatched frame in a pink stretch devoré-velvet and mesh turtleneck Alex Perry mini dress paired with FEMME London sandals…and ATE!

Slayed!

A mini “City Girl”-style link up moment between rapper Yung Miami and Nia Long went down on the carpet:

The You People co-stars looked absolutely gorgeous in their gowns.

The “Act Up” raptress (real name Caresha Brownlee) kept it simple and chic in all black with gold accents.

“The Best Man: Final Chapters” star looked like a goddess as she made her way down the carpet in a strapless white gown.

Also on the carpet…

Eddie Murphy and his fiancée Paige Butcher stepped out in matching outfits for the premiere. The 61-year-old comedian rocked a black jacket with white trim over a black t-shirt and black pants. His 43-year-old fiancée rocked a black long-sleeved dress with a high collar.

While on the carpet, the Academy Award nominee talked about why he turned down filming a third installment of Dr. Dolittle.

“You know, it’s funny, when I remember way back when they were trying to put together Dr. Dolittle 3 and the reason I didn’t do that [is because] I was like, ‘Raven [Symoné] is a grown woman.’ I said, ‘I can’t have no grown woman calling me Dad,'” Eddie told Entertainment Tonight. “But now we’re here, we’re really here, and I think it’s cool ’cause we still look like ourselves.”

“But still’ I’ve aged though. It’s all in my feet and my back teeth,” the actor added, laughing. “If you saw my feet and my back teeth, you’d be like, ‘Oh yeah, he really is in his sixties.'”

Ha! Speaking of Raven…

“Raven’s Home” star Raven Symone and her wife Miranda Maday were in the mix.

An “ATL” reunion went down. L. Boogie stopped for a photo-op with her former “ATL” co-stars Malika Haqq and Khadijah Haqq-McCray, who looked great.

B2K crooner Omarion showed up in a super-laid back and relaxed look.

“Bel-Air” actress and singer Coco Jones turned up the heat in a soft pink cut-out dress paired with white sandals.

Nafeesa Williams, who stars as Robyn Crawford in the upcoming Whitney Houston biopic, was all smiles as she made her way down the carpet.

Kenya Barris came out to celebrate his feature directiorial debut.

“All American” star Bre-Z came out to support.

New seasons of “All American” resume January 24th.

All grown up! “Station 19” star Boris Kodjoe brought his gorgeous daughter Sophie Tei Naaki Lee Kodjoe as his date for the premiere.

Speaking of daddy/daughter duos…

Model Bella Harris hit the carpet with her father, legendary music producer Jimmy Jam.

“The Game” alum Pooch Hall and “South Side” actress Brittany Baker snapped it up together.

And comedian Cedric the Entertainer laughed it up on the carpet. Fun times.

You People premieres on January 27th on Netflix. Watch the trailer HERE.
