From birthday wishes to family drama!
Rapper Fabolous took to social media to wish his young daughter, Journey, a happy 2nd birthday, only to get blasted by his partner Emily B’s daughter, Taina Williams. Posting a picture of himself holding his daughter, Fab wrote:
”I named you Journey because that’s really what it’s been. Might not know when you going thru it, but you’ll get it at the end. I don’t believe you can have faith unless you trust the JOURNEY. You have taught me that so I look at you with understanding & love. Your life assures it will all add up… 10 • 10 • 2020. Happy Bday Journey Jackson.”
The birthday tribute didn’t sit well with Journey’s older sister, Taina Williams, so she called him out in the comments section (which has since been deleted). In her response, Taina, who is the mother of G-Herbo’s son and daughter, accused the NYC rapper of not being involved in his daughter’s life, and only keeping a strong relationship with his boys because he can easily manipulate them.
“This post is hilarious,” Taina wrote with crying laughing emojis. “‘Might not know when you going thru it , but you’ll get it at the end’ Is Translation for = I haven’t taken care of my daughter in almost a year & don’t even ask about her well being because IDC & Im bitter & I’m only a father to my two beautiful sons who I can manipulate. Stop playing with the internet.”
According to TMZ, Fab and Emily ended their longtime relationship earlier this year after nearly four years of marriage and over 20 years together total. The couple made headlines in March 2018 when Fabolous was accused of knocking two of Emily B’s teeth out during a domestic dispute that involved both sides of their families. Surveillance video of Fab yelling and lunging at Emily and her male family members went viral.
The Real Talk rapper ended up being indicted by a grand jury on domestic violence charges. He later struck a plea deal and avoided jail time. It’s reported Emily asked for the retraining order to be lifted and a judge allowed it. In October 2020, Fab and Em welcomed their third child together, a daughter they named Journey.
They also share two boys, Johan and Jonas.
Guess Fab & Em are off-again…again.
