The fashions on the red carpet at the 74th Annual Primetime EMMY Awards did NOT disappoint! Several of your faves hit the carpet at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles in gorgeous LEWKS for night – all vying for the fashion crown of the evening.
Fashion icon Zendaya always picks the perfect ensemble for a red carpet and last night ensemble was no different. The “Euphoria” star – who was nominated for four awards and WON the Lead Actress In A Drama Series award – served up old Hollywood glam in a black strapless Valentino ball gown that featured a corseted bodice, styled by Law Roach. She styled her ballgown with subtle Bulgari jewels.
Red HOT! EMMY winner Lizzo made sure all eyes were on her when she pulled up on the carpet in a red tulle Giambattista Valli Haute Couture frock that featured a long train.

EMMY winner Sheryl Lee Ralph was THE moment in a black high slit Brandon Blackwood dress.
Stunning.
“Insecure” & “Rap Sh*t” creator Issa Rae – who was nominated for Lead Actress in a Comedy Series – was a vision in a black and white custom Sergio Hudson dress. She topped off the look with a blunt copper bob, which we’re loving.
“The White Lotus” star Natasha Rothwell – who was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie – def made the Best Dressed list in a custom merlot taffeta gown from Safiyaa. Absolutely gorge.
Kerry Washington – who was nominated for Outstanding Variety Special (Live) for her role in “The Facts of Life” snapped it up alongside Emayatzy Corinealdi in a cream-colored Elie Saab Spring 2022 Haute Couture dress with a train. She finished the look with black stockings and black Christian Louboutin heels.
Kerry is executive producing a new Hulu series titled “Reasonable Doubt,” which stars Emayatzy Corinealdi and Michael Ealy.
Six-time EMMY nominee Angela Bassett stunned in a strapless yellow Dolce & Gabbana gown that featured an embroidered bustier. She paired her look with Dolce & Gabbana sandals and a Judith Leiber boombox clutch.
Space Jam: A New Legacy star Rosario Dawson pulled up on the carpet in a Christian Siriano Fall 2023 dress and a Natalie Mills clutch.
EMMY winner Jerrod Carmichael whipped out Diddy’s old fur coat while shirtless on the carpet. “It’s hot yet I feel cool,” he said. “You know what, Puff Daddy wore this fur in a music video and that is, as, notable.”
Host Kenan Thompson was all smiles on the carpet before getting to his duties.

Red carpet host Laverne Cox channeled her inner Madonna in a dramatic Jean Paul Gaultier minidress that featured a cone bra and exaggerated hip padding.
Producer Shonda Rhimes – who was nominated for Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series for “Inventing Anna” – looked regal in a black ballgown on the carpet before getting to her presenter duties.
EMMY King RuPaul and “Drag Race” co-host Michelle Visage posed it up on the carpet together.
“Euphoria” star Colman Domingo – who won his first Creative Arts EMMY last week – shut down the carpet with his HBO cast in a gold metallic suit.
“Abbott Elementary” star Tyler James Williams rocked a blue tailored jacket with flared dress pants.
“EXTRA’s” Rachel Lindsay looked nice in a teal cut-out dress and gold sandals.
“The Ms. Pat Show” star Patricia Williams rocked a custom Joni Marie Ross dress.
11-time EMMY nominated actor Anthony Anderson was debonaire in a black tux.
We didn’t catch “Black Monday” star Regina Hall on the carpet, but she hit the stage to present.
EGOT John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen – who is pregnant with their rainbow baby – turned the EMMYs into date night.
The R&B crooner performed “Pieces” for the “in memoriam” segment of the ceremony to honor performers who passed this year.
The couple will welcome their new bundle of joy in early 2023.
TV host Trevor Noah – who was nominated for four EMMYs – was all smiles on the carpet.
Comedienne Robin Theade posed it up in a blue gown that served up thigh action.
“Grey’s Anatomy” star Chandra Wilson reunited with her co-star Sandra Oh and creator Shonda Rhimes during the ceremony.
