Golden State Warriors Draymond Green and his longtime love Hazel Renee – who has starred on “Empire” & “Basketball Wives” – tied the knot over the weekend, which morphed into a star-studded affair.
Before the nuptials, the couple released photos from a stunning engagement photoshoot, shot by Stanley Babb of Stanlo Photography:

“We had an overall vision to reflect where we currently are in our lives. We feel very elevated from where we were years ago. We are more connected and in tune with one another and wanted our shoot to reflect our style and natural boss energy,” Hazel dished to ESSENCE about the pre-wedding shoot.
The newlyweds met as student athletes at Michigan State University, where Hazel ran track and field and Draymond took the Spartans to two Final Four appearances and a Big Ten tournament championship. The couple didn’t start dating until later on down the line.
“We went to a rooftop pool and hung out at the cabana all day, which is still one of our favorite things to do together,” she says. “We hadn’t seen each other in a very long time so we hung out all day, talked, and caught up. It was really casual but also reflective of our relationship. We really are best friends.”
In December 2020, the couple welcomed their first child together, a daughter they named Cash Green after Draymond popped the question in 2019. Draymond shares a son, Draymond Green Jr., with his former college sweetheart, Jelissa Hardy. Hazel has a daughter, Olive Jay, whom she shares with overseas basketball player Jacob Pullen.
The happy couple was all wrapped up in love during there nuptials, which was attended by his teammate Steph Curry and several other NBA ballers, including LeBron James, Jayson Tatum, and Seth Curry.

Other celebs in attendance included LeBron’s agent Rich Paul, Bron’s longtime business partner Maverick Carter and NBA free agent Andre Iguodala.
