Blac Chyna is under fire for not paying past due rent, and the lawsuit became a default judgment since she opted not to respond.
What We Know:
- According to TMZ, Chyna’s former landlord sued her for unpaid rent and damages to the rental home. Since Chyna never responded to the suit, the judge ruled in favor of the landlord, Michael Kremerman.
- The landlord filed the lawsuit last April. Kremerman insisted Chyna skipped paying her lease five months after the suit. Unfortunately, the social media star left the rental home taking fixtures and equipment with her.
- Kremerman also said Chyna owed $48,546, which he sued for that amount in addition to interest and attorney fees equaling to a total of the $72K ruled in the case.
The social media star has to hand over the $72K —ASAP.
